Things i like about this series:

- Spray in insulation vs the pink stuff.
- Image 16 - i like the standing seam copper roof style for the roof of the porch.
- Image 4 - let's discuss "HEATING The chimney was replaced with the mechanical chase for a new HVAC system, which features a multizone system and high-efficiency boiler that is convertible to bio-diesel fuel.

- Foam is no problem. We use Cellulose a lot as well which is also extremely efficient and little greener (made from recycled newspaper).
-Copper roof is amazing, but extremely costly. Same with copper downspouts. I am obviously eager and willing to do whatever you want, but your budget is starting to grow a lot when you get into products like copper.
-Your Furnace is relatively new. I'd leave that lower on the priority list and think about that one down the road.
-Heating Bathroom Floors is a possibility. Since the house is forced air heat it woul have to be seperate system (maybe electric). Most Radiant heat systems are hot water distributed and since your furnace creates hot air it makes this one a little more complex.( thats why electric may be the solution)
